Designed with owner/contractor Bill Malpas, this project is a green urban infill prototype. Each unit contains a 900 square foot garage/workshop topped by a 900 sf flat.

The concept is to use existing commercial building elements to simplify the construction process and produce an attractive and highly energy efficient shell.
