The structure is a light gauge moment frame system supplied by Stoltz Metals of Richmond, Ca.

The walls are 4” thick insulated metal panels with a one hour fire rating on the property line.

The roof is 5” thick panels with R-value of 45. Aluminum clad wood windows complete the envelope.
