This remodel focuses on the vertical connections within a five story hillside residence. A sweeping staircase of steel and Australian eucalyptus joins the entry to the main living level. The glass and steel railing continue on to the master level via two stair runs hinging from a cantilevered glass landing. Glass accordion doors fold away for uninterrupted access to the adjacent hillside and bay views. X
